Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at anytime. Simply contact our support team by clicking HERE.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately when you click the "Purchase This Deal" button.

What will show up on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Artistic Hub / Deal Current (Collar Free Inc.)". This is the name of the company that processes your SaveCoin purchase.

When do I get my voucher?

You will receive your voucher via email within 30 minutes of purchasing the deal. Your deal voucher will not be valid until the following day. Remember: Be sure to check your junk mail folder!

Deal Current is our technology partner and support team that will handle all of your technical questions.

Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?

No, although you will probably want to share the deal with your friends and family anyway.

Do I need to use my deal voucher the same day I buy it?

No. In fact the deal voucher won’t be valid until the day after the deal runs.

Can I buy a Deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that the deals can be gifted, and unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away!

Wait, my name is on the SaveCoin. Are you sure I can use this as a gift?

If I do not use the full value of the SaveCoin in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you do not use. Be  sure to check the “fine print” for each deal as it will clearly specify whether the individual voucher offers a credit for unused amount or not...Bring a friend - share a little!

Can I combine my Deal Voucher with other offers or specials?

No … not unless the Deal Voucher specifically states otherwise.

Can I return a Deal Voucher?

If necessary, yes.  Please contact support here to return the deal.

What if the merchant for my Deal Voucher goes out of business?

If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Deal Voucher with the Mercant, we will work with you directly to make sure you get your money back or get an equivalent credit on the purchase of future vouchers.
