Opened in May of 2023, Chalili's Chicken and Wings is a fast-food restaurant known for its mouthwatering chicken and flavorful wings, and offering a diverse menu of delicious options to satisfy any craving.

Born and raised in Haiti, Chalili’s passion for cooking and love of flavors led him to pursue a brighter future in America. After leaving his family behind, Chalili worked tirelessly, taking multiple jobs in the chicken food industry to save money and fulfill his dream of opening a restaurant that featured a unique blend of Haitian flavors.

Consequentially, it was during one event where he met Henry, an restaurant owner (Super Buffet) who saw Chalili’s potential and shared his vision. Together with the support and dedication of both families they established Chalili’s Chicken and Wings, a fast-food restaurant combining both American and Haitian flavors.

One thing that most people don’t know about the family-owned fast-food business is the depth of personal investment and sacrifice that goes into the operation. There's nothing challenging here for the Midwestern palate unless you want it. Of course, you're completely missing out if you don't want to ask for the hot sauce!
