Thank you for your purchase! A copy of your voucher will be emailed to you. You can also get your voucher from the “My Account” under the “Deal Voucher” tab.
We’re confident in your SaveCoin experience and back it with the SaveCoin Guarantee.
We always want you to have a great experience with SaveCoin. That’s why we have the SaveCoin Guarantee. If you use a SaveCoin voucher before its promotional value expires, take a trip, or attend an event and are disappointed by your experience or service with a business, we’ll work with you to make it right.
In addition to our SaveCoin Guarantee, we will always honor your return requests if a business closes permanently, an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or a business refuses to accept your unredeemed SaveCoin voucher. We also have the following standard refund policies:
Any unredeemed voucher may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days after purchase. After that, voucher returns are considered on a case by case basis. After 30 days, voucher returns are only given in the form of SaveCoin credit. Your voucher is always worth at least the amount you paid for it – even if the promotional value has expired.
Unless the Fine Print says otherwise, you can return almost any item you purchased directly from SaveCoin Goods within 14 days of receipt. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or missing parts. If your refund request is not related to damged or defective items, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. To arrange a return, simply contact support as firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
For ticketed events, refunds cannot be issued beyond the day of the event. If an event is ever cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.
