Opened in May 2023, Chalili’s Chicken & Wings was built on a passion for cooking, a love of bold flavors, and the dream of creating something special. Born and raised in Haiti, Chalili came to America determined to build a brighter future. He worked tirelessly in the chicken food industry, taking on multiple jobs and saving toward his dream of opening his own restaurant.

Along the way, Chalili met Henry, owner of Super Buffet, who recognized his potential and shared his vision. With the hard work and support of both families, they brought Chalili’s Chicken & Wings to life—a unique fast-food restaurant combining American favorites with the distinctive flavors of Haiti.

As a family-owned business, Chalili’s is about more than serving great food. It represents years of hard work, personal sacrifice, and dedication to building something meaningful. "Lovely, cute and clean place with friendly workers and just straight-up moist and flavorful fried chicken in every form imaginable. There's nothing challenging here for the Midwestern palate unless you want it. Of course, you're completely missing out if you don't want to ask for the hot sauce! I think it's called 'Ti-Malice' — Haitian Scotch Bonnet joy! We were too full to go for the fried chocolate pie, but FRIED CHOCOLATE PIE! Also enjoyed the beverage options. There are three choices to make a sort of Aqua Fresca which was the perfect compliment to the tropical flavors in that sauce."
