Darcy’s Specialty Cleaners is Fargo-Moorhead’s new, but experienced, dry cleaners in town. With over 30 years experience in the dry cleaning industry, when you bring your items to them, you can be confident that you and your garments will get the expert service and quality care you deserve! They specialize in wedding dress cleaning and preservation, delicate, fragile and aged garment care, leathers, draperies and most household items, including area rugs.

Taking the time to spot clean or hand wash the items that other cleaners might turn away is what makes Darcy's special. She started working in the dry cleaning industry when she was 18 years old. Her first position was pressing blouses, dresses, blazers, etc. Within her first couple years of employment, she was trained in all aspects of the operations including customer service, spotting, pressing in all departments, operating machines and equipment and boiler certification. She quickly became the assistant plant manager which led to becoming a plant manager for multiple years and eventually promoted to regional manager of the FM area. After 20 years in operations management, Darcy decided to take a break. During the the time period she was away from the dry cleaning industry, she realized she missed it and it was in her blood!
