- select a time on our schedule- complete the intake form sent to your email prior to showing up- during this meeting we perform a physical, movement screening, short workout, talk goals, and bring you on a tour of the facility. Please bring a water bottle and workout clothes for this meeting. It will take at least 1 hr and 15 mins.
