Goose River Brewing is a cozy brew pub where community and flavor converge. Named after the tranquil Goose River that meanders through their local park, their journey began in May 2022. Originally, they envisioned brewing on the west side of the interstate, but the tumultuous waves of Covid compelled them to consolidate their operations into one location, delaying their debut. Nevertheless, they're thrilled to announce their first tapping of the keg event on June 7th, 2024, just in time to kick off the festivities before Hillsboro Days.
What sets them apart? Picture an industrial smoker infusing their patties, steaks, and pork with unparalleled flavor. Their in-house crafted sauces and regularly updated menus ensure each visit promises a fresh and exciting culinary experience. Located east of the courthouse and south of the post office, Goose River Brewing is more than a destination; it's a landmark of hospitality and innovation.
