Today I used Legacy Plumbing for the 3rd time. Jon and Sidney were amazing at explaining our options for a water heater replacement on a Sunday. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and outstanding customer service. They did not make us feel like a "bother" on a weekend (which we have experienced from other companies in the past.)
