Last night we went to Silver Spike for the first time and we’re blown away with how wonderful their food was! The atmosphere was perfect, it was quiet but lively. We enjoyed the ribs, which were to die for, the beef tips over some amazing wild rice, and a bacon cheeseburger that was one of a kind! We will be returning many more times, maybe even today. We visited here on a Thursday night. Had their sirloin special, with boneless chicken wings appetizer. Our sever (Justin), was great, he was polite, upbeat, and was very attentive. The chicken wings were very tender and had great flavor, the sirloin was cooked perfectly and had great flavor as well.
