A Name with a Mission
The Forge was born from the idea that growth takes effort, consistency, and the right environment. The name reflects our mission: a place where individuals can be “shaped” into stronger, healthier versions of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
More Than a Gym
While many think of a gym as just equipment and weights, The Forge goes beyond the standard membership. From beginners to experienced athletes, members have access to personalized training, diverse group fitness classes, and connections to Oasis, Fuel Haus, and Downtown Health and Wellness, giving a comprehensive approach to recovery, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Community and Growth
Since opening on October 20, 2025, The Forge has watched its group fitness program evolve and a strong community form among members. The most rewarding part of running The Forge is seeing people grow in confidence and consistency—walking in taller, stronger, and more motivated than ever.
What to Expect
From the moment you walk in, we want you to feel welcomed, motivated, and capable. Our team is ready to guide every member, at any stage, toward the next step in their health journey. First-time visitors can expect a tour, answers to all questions, and guidance to get started. Parking is easy on Center Ave or in the lot east of our facility. Peak times are 5–8am and 4–7pm Monday through Friday.
