Fargo’s first self-serve wine lounge, Uncorked Lounge, offers a unique and cozy experience with over 50 wines on tap. Their lounge atmosphere transforms date nights and outings with friends into relaxed, memorable events.
The name "Uncorked" pays homage to their innovative approach of serving 56 wines straight from the tap, while "Lounge" reflects their emphasis on comfort—think more sofas than traditional tables. Open since June 1, 2024, their concept has been over a year in the making, blending a laid-back vibe with high-quality offerings.
One aspect that sets them apart is their broad selection, which includes not just wine but also beer, cider, seltzers, and a growing non-alcoholic menu featuring beers, poppi soda, mojitos, and more. Unlike typical bars or restaurants, they focus on healthier appetizers and foster an environment conducive to meaningful conversations, free from the distraction of TVs and loud music.
Located on the main level of the Eagle Ridge Plaza, just south of Scheel’s Arena on 32nd Ave and Veterans, they’re conveniently near the new Boppa’s Bagels and Starbucks. When you visit, let them know you have this offer, and they’ll happily apply it to your tab.
