Established in 2008, Usher's House is located in historic Davy Memorial Park in Moorhead. The beautiful and unique building was originally built in 1936 as an American Legion building and is almost as breath-taking as the view. Visible from the Dining Room, there is an old bear cage that housed bears when a zoo called the park home in the early 1900's. The owners of Usher's House took their inspiration from old English pubs they visited on a trip to Europe. They wanted the best of both worlds - fine dining and a casual, cozy setting!
Usher's House is self-proclaimed "Casual Fine Dining" and offers a wide variety of menu options. All ages are welcome! Try the pastas featuring made-in-house noodles, and enjoy a cool specialty Mule cocktail – created with Minnesota-produced gin. They specialize in American Cuisine, traditional English Pub Fare, and Unique Chef Creations. This restaurant offers fresh fish and homemade soups every evening. They are also a hotspot for events, and have a few unique venues to choose from including, the Hunt Club (lower level), Patio and Boathouse, and glass atrium Dining Room with a one-of-a-kind view of the Red River that is beautiful all year round.
